Question: How much do parties cost?
Answer:
A one hour Game Theater Only party starts at just $199 in most areas. Prices vary per location. To reveal pricing in your area, type in your zip code on the Book a Party page.
Question: Where can we set up to play Laser Tag?
Answer: We can set up in many front or backyards, cul-de-sacs or neighborhood parks or school yards. Games2U has its own bunkers and existing obstacles such as trees and shrubs can help make the playing field.
Question: How many players can you accommodate for Laser Tag?
Answer: A typical laser tag party is for up to 20 people at a time, but we can set up for more.
Question: Are the laser tag guns safe? Can they hurt player’s eyes?
Answer: Games2U laser tag guns are perfectly safe and are not harmful to the eyes.
Question: Can I book a combination party featuring multiple games and equipment like laser tag, 4-D theaters and video game theater?
Answer: Yes, a combo party allows everyone to have a blast in the virtual world inside, and then go outside and continue the party running around and playing outdoor laser tag, rolling in giant human hamster balls, playing in a foam pit or many other events. There is a 2 hour minimum for a combo party.
Question: Can I book a laser tag only party?
Answer: Yes, Games2U offers a Laser Tag only option.
Question: What do the various ESRB ratings mean?
Answer: From the ESRB site:
The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) ratings are designed to provide concise and impartial information about the content in computer and video games so consumers, especially parents, can make an informed purchase decision.Games2U offers a range of games. These ratings are listed here (link). Please contact your game coach any time prior to your party if you wish to limit the games offered at your party to one rating or another.

Answer: Yes. We have a convenient tool to send invites electronically to your party guests. Click here to access the party invite tool once you have booked a party with Games2U.
Question: What movies do you show in your 4-D Ride Experience Theaters?
Answer: Specific movies vary by franchise, but include a variety of exciting films with something for everyone and every age.
Question: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Answer:
The full amount of the party is due at the time of booking. Cancellation policies differ by area, please ask your local Games2U representative for more information.
Question: How many people can fit in the Video Game Theaters and 4-D Ride Experience Theaters?
Answer: Our Games2U Mobile Video Game Theaters are designed to accommodate up to 12-16 players inside, depending on the type of vehicle in your area. Weather permitting, up to 8 additional players can utilize outdoor screens.
Our 4-D Ride Experience Theaters feature multiple movies and accomodate 6 at a time. Most movies are 4-5 minutes in length.

Question: How much space do I need?
Answer: The Games2U Mobile Video Game Theater requires a fairly level area of about 25-32 feet in length, depending on the type of vehicle in your area.
Question: Is there an age limit?
Answer: The theaters and laser tag typically are great for kids age 7 to adults.
Question: What games are available?
Answer: Games2U features all the top games for systems XBox 360, Playstation 3, and Wii. Please ask your video coach for more details.
Question: What if it's bad weather, or too hot or too cold?
Answer: Each Games2U Mobile Video Game Theater is self-powered and climate controlled, so we can accommodate most weather conditions. For a Laser Tag only party, if there is severe weather the day of the event that precludes the event from being able to occur, then an event can be rescheduled at no additional charge, at a mutually agreed to date and time.
Question: Do parents have to supervise?
Answer: No. Each Games2U Mobile Video Game Theater is managed by a trained Game Coach who is present at all times.
Question: Do you need to plug in?
Answer: No. Each Games2U Mobile Video Game Theater is powered by on-board generators.
Question: Can you have food or drinks in the Game Theaters and 4-D Movie Theaters?
Answer: We require all food and drinks to remain outside.
Question: Is it appropriate to give the Game Coach (driver) a tip?
Answer: Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
